There was a lot of rumors about the nightmare on the set of Matt Reeves’ reimagining of The Batman. Everything from Robert Patterson’s refusal to go the Marvel route and get super ripped to play the part, to yet another interpretation of Nolan’s dark vision of Gotham.
But it only took this recent trailer to hook the fandom for this March 2022 release. The teaser last year gave the uncertainty a reprieve. But this first full trailer was epic in sound, action and scope. It’s been a long time, but this all be the first DC movie I’ll see on day one.
