The Main Event between The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin at WrestleMania X-Seven is one of my favorite matches. And watching the unthinkable… Steve Austin turning heel to join forces with Vince McMahon was a crazy moment. But the icing on the cake came the following night on Monday Night War when Stone Cold came out to his new heel, “Glass Shatters” by Disturbed. IT was still Austin’s theme, but more ominous and vicious. It summed up his new persona. I agree with a lot of people that turning Austin heel was a horrible decision and (even with a good number of funny moments) I’m glad it didn’t last long.
