The Clips and Pharrell Drop “So Be It” To Prove The Reunion Isn’t A Fluke

The Clipse is a Virginia-based hip-hop duo composed of brothers Gene “No Malice” Thornton and Terrence “Pusha T” Thornton. Emerging in the early 2000s under the guidance of production powerhouse The Neptunes, the group gained critical acclaim with their debut album Lord Willin’, featuring hits like “Grindin’” and “When the Last Time.” Known for their sharp lyricism and vivid depictions of street life, The Clipse cemented their legacy with the dark, introspective follow-up Hell Hath No Fury. Though the group went on hiatus after 2009, their influence remains strong in modern rap, with Pusha T continuing a successful solo career.
