Wynne Teams Up with Conductor Williams for “Bad Girl” 🔥

Wynne is one of Hip-Hop's most remarkable rising stars. Born Sina Wynne Holwerda in 1997, and growing up an outcast in Lake Oswego, a suburb of Portland, Oregon, she gravitated towards Hip-Hop at the age of nine. Studying the greats from afar, and dedicating her life to becoming a rapper by the age of 12, she established herself in the underground scene by competing in national cyphers. Soaking up influence from the greats of generations past (Jay-Z, Dilla, Foxy Brown, and the list goes on), as well as modern paragons like SZA and Drake, Wynne became a phenom by the age of 19, going viral several times and blowing the internet away with her veteran-level rapping. She quickly started gaining co-signs from some of music's titans (Timbaland, Missy Elliot, Twista, Wyclef Jean) and cultural gatekeepers like Rob Markman and Zane Lowe, among several others. At 21 years old Wynne graduated college and released her debut mixtape "If l May..." boasting assists from several A-list producers such as Hit-Boy, DJ Dahi, and Sounwave, as well as features from J.I.D, Mahalia, and fellow hometown hero, Damian Lillard. This took her on a sold out tour with Earthgang and Mick Jenkins at the…

Comic Book Pull List: October 16th, 2024

Kind of a light week, so i successfully grabbed a few comics I wouldn't normally get (i.e. DC and Image stuff). This week was heavy in the Spider-corner of my Marvel stack.. including the comic of the week... Comic Book of The Week: Ultimate Spider-man #10 Hickman / Messina / Wilson After the dramatic events of the last issue, Peter faces mounting pressure to balance his personal life with the responsibilities of being Spider-Man. In this issue, Peter struggles to maintain his relationships with friends and family while battling a new, formidable threat emerging in New York. The issue features fast-paced action sequences as Spider-Man faces off against mysterious enemies tied to a larger, looming conspiracy. This issue is a PANEL BOMB. If you dislike 9=panel grids and readling a lot of word bubbles, this might not be the issue for you. It feels more like an Bendis issue of the original volume, than a JH issue. Hickman’s sharp writing captures Peter’s internal conflict, as he grapples with the weight of his choices and the ever-growing danger in his world. He blends his trademark narrative complexity with intense, grounded moments, showing a Peter Parker who is still learning and evolving.…

Setting Up A Content Strategy for Posting on Linkedin

I've joined a Personal Branding group at work to help revamp my presence on Linkedin. The last time I really 'touched' my profile was 5 years ago right before I started at my current job. I've been there for a while... gotten a few promotions, but I've never really put serious thought into my professional trajectory. Do I want to become a true manager and manage teams or projects? Do I want to stay where I'm at and try to elevate the postions? Or do I want to pivot and try something new. All of these are good questions, which I still haven't found the answer for. My current boss has been mentoring me on my options inside of work, and given me some good ideas on how to explore my career moving forward. I enjoy what i do now. I love the people I work with. But I my fear is complacency. When you get to the point where you can do what you do in your sleep, bordom creeps in and sometimes, the quality of the work suffers. So in this Personal Branding group, I've gotten some good direction on raising my awareness online to try and connect with others in my…

Bingeworthy: Dark Matter (2015)

Dark Matter (2015–2017) is a sci-fi television series that follows the crew of a mysterious spaceship, the Raza, who awaken from stasis with no memory of who they are or how they got there. Created by Joseph Mallozzi and Paul Mullie, the show is set in a distant future where powerful corporations control much of space, and the crew must navigate a dangerous universe filled with shifting alliances, conspiracies, and high-stakes battles. Each crew member is initially identified only by the order in which they woke up (One, Two, Three, etc.), and much of the show’s drama stems from their efforts to uncover their pasts. As they piece together fragments of their former lives, they discover that they were once a group of dangerous mercenaries with dark histories. This revelation forces them to confront the question of whether they are bound by their pasts or if they can choose to forge new identities. Dark Matter blends action, mystery, and character-driven storytelling, offering viewers complex relationships and ethical dilemmas against a backdrop of space exploration. The series explores themes of identity, redemption, and trust while delivering engaging plot twists and a diverse ensemble cast. Despite a cult following, it was canceled…
