I use to love THQ's wrestling games for the Nintendo 64. WWF No Mercy, WWF Wrestlemania 2000, WCW/NWO World Tour, and WCW/NWO Revenge were all great games. And it looks like game developer Hyperfocus Games is about to drop Ultra Pro Wrestling, a spiritual successor to those early THQ games.

Well, it's that time again. Every year about this time I plop $100 down to get the latest WWE simulation game from 2K. Yes, it's pretty much the same game from the previous year, but this has become something of a ritual. This franchise is hands down the one that I play throughout the year.

Phantom Brigade is a hybrid real-time and turn-based tactical RPG, focusing on in-depth customization and player-driven stories. As the last surviving squad of mech pilots, you must capture enemy equipment and facilities to level the playing field.
